Absolutely loved the food and beer here, and the service is top notch. My pasta was amazing and the Hopnik beer everything I love in an IPA. Can't recommend this place enough!!

Probably the best carvery in Tameside, been a few times recently and it's been bang on. Bit pricey but at least you know you are paying for a decent quality.

Oh wow what a find this place was!
We were passing through and staying locally for football. I thought I’d google places to eat in Denton and The Fletchers Arms popped up at the top of the list. Firstly my son is called Fletcher, that was a sign, and then seeing over 2.2k good reviews was another good sign. I decided to book, I had no joy online so though I’d call, I wasn’t hopeful as it was Valentines night. When I called I was answered by a lovely member of staff that was very helpful, I was told that as it was Valentines night I could book for 4, as usually it’s a walk in service for less than 6 guests.
On arrival we were warmly welcomed and taken to a round booth style table by Tom. We all decided we were going to have the carvery, and after our long day travelling we upgraded to the larger plate. We haven’t experienced a carvery other than the famous chain that start with a T and ends with a Y. We ordered with Tom, he then gave us a ticket so we could go to be served. We all went together to the hatch, there we were warmly greeted by the server, I believe he was called Mike, what a top guy! We were talked through the meats etc and Mike served us well, while having a chat and we said how nice it was there.
The food was incredible, plentiful and with a good variety, It was all home cooked, and not mass produced like some places. We were all so stuffed we shared one dessert between us, the Biscoff Cheeses cake, that too was incredible.
The atmosphere was so nice and warm, we stayed at our table, had a drink and listened to the live music for a bit.
I would highly recommend a visit here, and we will come again when in the area, extremely good value for money too.

Came in this evening for my partners birthday and what a great evening we had! We were a table of 13 and the table was all put together for us and they had put the balloon and banner up for us that I had dropped off earlier. Service by Alice was amazing.. the food arrived all hot and all together and was enjoyed by all.. my partner had the steak and said it was perfect. I had the carvery and was very impressed with the selection and was all hot. They also brought out the cake I dropped off earlier and sang happy birthday with us. 10/10 for both Service and food. And special thanks to Alice for her service and the rest of the team .
